Another year-end episode

This is how it ends. Another year-end episode. This time the last day of 2023. Embracing 2024 with all its complexities.

So I finally made safe flight back home safe and healthy. I learned again how important to be healthy and fit before you travel. The trip was much more bearable; the AC is not very cold, your head is lighter without headache, the altitude doesn’t hurt your ears, I can sleep from time to time. It was much better.

There was not much jetlag. It was good to get much deserved holiday after long trip. During my holiday, I didn’t take my laptop when I travelled to Pandaan and Malang. So I can enjoy my time with my parents and relatives, including the trips on the bus. Total of 6 days holidays. I didn’t get to see my niece and brother, but it’s okay.

I got my favorite 2 hours massage at Kayuputih. Spent the night at favorite RedDoorz hotel. Ate bakso and tahu telor. Shopping at MOG. Travelled to Batu to meet relatives who were sick. I can do so much and present to what I am doing. Love it!

Trip back to Bogor was great! Almost 15 hours but on the ground and I got to see beautiful views. It’s different than flying above the earth. I can’t be a bird.

Today is the last day of 2023. I am preparing to embrace 45 years next year. I am so blessed!
